When Fran moved to Little Rock, she instantly fell in love with the city. The sight of Little Rock’s beautiful skyline across the Arkansas River made her feel at home. Fran appreciates the lush foliage, vibrant culture, changing seasons, and especially the people. Raised in a small Tennessee town, she finds Little Rock to have the amenities of a large city with a hometown feel.

Fran's background includes working as a contract manager for NASA in Houston and in her family's remodeling business in Little Rock. These roles helped her develop skills in negotiation, transaction management, communication, interior decorating, and staging. Her strengths in real estate include active listening, creativity, and attention to detail.

In her first year, Fran became a "Multi-Million Dollar Producer," attributing her success to client referrals and the trust her clients place in her. Fran, her husband Michael, and their children Rachael and Michael Joe are active fundraisers for Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Easter Seals of Arkansas. Fran also serves on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Down Syndrome Association.

The Lanari family enjoys traveling, live theater, football, and reading. They even assist Fran with her real estate tasks, from proofreading to putting out signs. Fran works with Coldwell Banker RPM Group and believes every day brings new opportunities and joys.
